Instant Order Menus (IOM) Service

Instant Order Menus (IOM) Credit Card Order Transaction Policy
Instant Savings Discount or ISD processes carry-out and delivery orders on behalf of each participating restaurant.  However, each restaurant is responsible for fulfilling the order.  All sales are final.  An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed and the sale is processed.  If there is a problem with an order that requires a refund, please contact the restaurant directly to resolve your issue(s).  Per our agreement, each restaurant is responsible for fulfilling the order, resolving disputes and issuing any refunds related to the order.  Instant Savings Discount or ISD simply processes the order and sends it to the restaurant for fulfillment.

Instant Order Menus (IOM) Cancellation / Refund Policy
All sales are final.  No refunds will be issued by Instant Savings Discount or ISD.  An order cannot be cancelled by Instant Savings Discount or ISD once the order is placed and submitted for processing.  Each restaurant is responsible for handling their own refund or order fulfillment issues with their customer.

Instant Order Menus (IOM) Order Fulfillment Policy
Instant Savings Discount or ISD is not liable for any issues related to fulfillment of an order placed with our Instant Order Menus service.  These issues include, but are not limited to food quality, menu item or description discrepancy, food safety, food freshness, customer expectations, etc.  When using the service you agree to hold Instant Savings Discount or ISD and all its officers, employees and/or partners harmless from any issues resulting from ordering carry-out or delivery using our Instant Order Menus (IOM) service.

Business Owner Disclaimer:
